Review and Publication Procedure
The following steps guide the assessment, revision, peer review and final publication of submitted manuscripts.

Plagiarism Check
After the initial methodological assessment, the manuscript is checked for plagiarism and compliance with the journal’s academic and ethical requirements.
-

Revision of Manuscript
Where the prescribed research methodology has not been followed appropriately, the author will be informed and asked to revise and resubmit the manuscript within the stipulated period.
-
04
Failure to Submit Revision
Where an author does not submit the revised manuscript within the prescribed time, the author will not be entitled to claim publication if the manuscript is subsequently not published.
-

Blind Peer Review
After satisfactory verification of research methodology and plagiarism, manuscripts selected by the Editorial Board are sent for blind peer review.
-
06
Publication Decision
The decision to publish a manuscript is based on the reviewer’s comments, the editorial assessment and the manuscript’s compliance with the journal’s publication standards.
-
07
Gap Between Publications
A reasonable gap should be maintained between the publication of manuscripts submitted by the same author or co-author.
