1. Review Process Guidelines
● Evaluation Criteria: Reviewers should assess the manuscript for:
○ Relevance and significance of the topic
○ Soundness of research methodology
○ Originality and contribution to existing knowledge
○ Coherence of argument and structure
○ Appropriateness of references and citations
○ Ethical considerations, if applicable
● Feedback to Authors: Reviews should be written clearly and constructively. Feedback should focus on improving the manuscript, without any derogatory or dismissive language.
● Recommendation Options: Reviewers may recommend:
○ Acceptance without revision
○ Acceptance with minor/major revisions
○ Rejection with justification
● Reviewers must refrain from making personal remarks or disclosing any confidential data.
● They must report any instances of plagiarism, duplicate submission, or ethical misconduct to the editorial board.
● Reviewers should not exploit the review process to delay or obstruct the publication of competing research.
● Reviewers’ contributions will be acknowledged appropriately by the journal (unless anonymity is requested).
● Continued non-compliance with review guidelines may result in the removal of the reviewer from the journal’s panel.
4. Training and Support
The editorial board will provide necessary guidance and updates to reviewers regarding review standards and journal policies. New reviewers may receive orientation or mentoring if required.
